- Our forms are submitted with SSL Encryption. Your credit card information never leaves our server. When you click "Submit" your order is automatically and securely processed. You should receive a copy of your order by email quickly. This is a confirmation only. The actual billing is done by our staff on premises. You will receive a final invoice in shortly after completion of the order. If you need immediate costs please call.
- We generally ship next business day. Exceptions are special orders, out of stock items, etc.
- NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
- HOURS: Our hours are 9AM to 4PM PST Monday thru Friday. We are closed on the weekends.
- SAME DAY SHIPPING: For same day shipping of in-stock baskets, orders must be received before 12 Noon PST.

- PACKING: Your personal greetings are Laser Printed by our staff on gift enclosure cards. All Epicurean Gift Baskets are carefully shrink-wrapped and come with a Decorative Bow.
- DELIVERY: Shipped nationally where permissible. Shipping charges are based on UPS Ground Trac Rates, including a US$5.75 - $7.75 handling fee. All packages may be shipped via Three Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next-Day-Air for additional charges. Federal Express & Airborne available, please call for more information.
- SUBSTITUTION: If a particular item is sold out or becomes unavailable, Epicurean Gift Baskets will substitute one of equal or greater value at no extra charge to you!

We are happy to ship your gifts directly to your or your recpients door with UPS and Federal Express. Please note that significantly higher charges apply for 3 Day, 2nd Day and Overnite service. Charges are based on UPS published ratecharts.We apply a US$5.75-$7.75 handling charge. Day of pick-up is not counted by UPS. They start their count the next day and don't count weekends or holidays.
